Your account e-mail can be changed by navigating to Settings Center > Account Settings.
On this page, in the section Change e-mail, you can fill in your new e-mail address and click Save. You will receive a verification e-mail shortly, asking you to click a link.
Your account e-mail will not be changed until you click the link in the verification e-mail.
